EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We offer a 20-day return window. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with original tags & packaging.

  • Returned with proof of purchase.

Exchanges:
The quickest way is to return your item, and once approved, place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for banks/payment providers to reflect this.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@houseoflordes.com. Include clear photos so we can issue a replacement or refund.
